Hi! :) These are some of the web-based timeline softwares that you can use to create your group's timeline project.

After creating your timeline, post it on the table found in the History of the Earth page. Then, view and grade the timeline of the two groups assigned to you.

Hi! :) Please follow the following instructions.

  1. Divide the class into pairs or 3-member groups. Make sure that for each pair/group at least one member must have access to the internet or owns device (either a tablet, smartphone or netbook/laptop).
  2. Watch History Chanel's video Birth of the Earth (Season 2, Episode 3 of How the Earth was Made Series). While watching the video, list down the important dates, concepts, and pieces of evidence that helped scientists piece out the puzzle of the Earth's origin.
  3. Use a timeline software (may be web-based or not) to create a timeline that you could use to explain/discuss the Earth's origin. You may use any of these suggested sites or you could search for a better software.

You may use class time on July 19 to work on the timeline. Post your timelines in the History of the Earth page on or before August 23. Please note that you will be rated using the
